  Some people here are more pleasant than others. Visited here this week with my mom who donates. The lady at the front desk Lisa was great. She explained everything perfect. Was very nice and had a great attitude. I will be back to donate as a new donor this week because of her.

  Great place, pleasant staff, I usually have a great experience here. I would like to preface this by saying however that at the time of this review that they're definitely low staffed which I think is something that is just out of their hands at this point, and I would also say that a lot of the donors don't do what they're supposed to do and end up wasting everyone's time.
  
  There are some longer wait times however these are based more on the day and the time of day that you go. If possible I would personally recommend donating earlier in the morning and during the week rather than the weekends. The odd hours are usually the best to go and often the least busy.
  
  While there is a lot of chatter among the staff more often than not I would say that much of the donors are equally guilty of distracting the staff. Regardless I enjoy the chatter among the staff as it makes for me a welcoming environment unlike that of a hospital waiting room. The staff as well as most of the fellow donors are polite and pleasant to have conversations. The staff here are a right level of casual and professional for me.
  
  They don't have beverages and snacks out at all times, however they are quick to get you healthy beverages and snacks upon being asked.
  
  I rarely have a bad time here, despite my own discomfort with needles I find that the phlebotomists here get me in and out as quick as possible. They get the needle in my arm with as little discomfort as possible, and usually they get me out as efficiently as possible when I've completed my donation.
  
  The building itself is kept pretty clean, and I personally am someone who struggles a lot with being in dirty places. The seats are clean, the floor is mostly clean, etc.
  
  If you're going for the first time expect to be there a while because the medical people need to process you in their system, and make sure that you're pumping your arm when your blood is being drawn and if you aren't sure if your blood is being drawn you can also look at the machine and see what it says and then raise your hand to let one of the staff there know. I personally see too many donors just sitting their doing nothing and that just makes it longer for the rest of us waiting in line.
