  How do you put into words perfection. Wow! What a soothing and serene location with the sounds of a waterfall lulling you to sleep. The grounds are impeccable for a stroll. Very clean accommodations. The mattress was heavenly. I did not want to leave and looking forward to another stay. Cat and Michael were the perfect host! Snacks provided are great and a refillable water bottle station. Too many amenities to list. Great restaurants within easy driving distance.

  Wish I could give CS Coach House more than five stars! Stayed here over a long weekend for a wedding and wish I could've stayed longer... location is awesome, the rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, and the lounge on the first floor offers snacks, a fridge, and water bottle refilling station. The views are stunning, and the private balcony makes it that much better. Cat and Mike were so sweet and made us really feel at home. This place is truly one of a kind, really hope to visit and stay again soon!!

  I came to the High Falls area for a girls weekend. The CS Coach House was the perfect place for us to stay. Cat and Mike have thoughtfully decorated the rooms and have stocked the common indoor/outdoor spaces with many small touches that made our stay that much more enjoyable. Hanging out at the fire pit is a must, as well as leisurely drinking your coffee on the deck in the morning over looking the waterfall. I highly recommend staying here and hope to be back myself. Thank you Cat and Mike!

  Had a wonderful stay here in the Coach House! I called very last minute looking for somewhere to stay and the owners were thoughtful, flexible, and did everything to accommodate us. They gave us contact information and were great about communicating. The rooms are cozy and have everything you need. They offer snacks, bottled water, coffee, and a communal fridge. The creek out back is really beautiful and you can hear it from the rooms.

  My fiance and I were looking to book a long weekend getaway upstate, but AirBnB's prices and surcharges have gotten out of control. I was so lucky to stumble upon the CS Coach House! We frequent the area but have never stayed in High Falls, and we fell in love. It was the perfect, centrally located town with some excellent restaurants- all just under a mile from the house. We are also big fans of historic properties and were charmed by the restored features of the building. We chose the Woodland room and weren't disappointed. There were beautiful high ceilings, exposed beams, a bright spacious bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the stream. It was really warm when we arrived but the AC unit and ceiling fan cooled the room down quickly. The bed was very comfortable and the owners provide everything you need including a coffee station, iron, dryer, bug spray, and some nice bath products. Craig and David were very communicative and checked in to make sure we were comfortable, but we still felt like we had plenty of privacy. We were lucky to be the only ones staying at the house all weekend! After seeing that we made a fire the first night, Craig was kind enough to set up the fire for when we got back from a day of hiking, night 2. The CS Coach house feels like a luxury stay, but with the right amount of old rustic charm that we love. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to all!
