I have been and continue extremely satisfied with Dr. Rudnick. He has been so caring and has taken interest in my well-being to control the pain I continue to suffer daily. I am also very pleased with a group of professional nursing staff that know how to deal with us as patients, but of course, not everyone feels the way I do. There are some people that have had different experiences. They've felt hurt. This is why communication is so vital to improve patient/health care professional interaction. Also, it would be nice to improve the time we have to wait to get a patient representative to answer our call. We are on hold for a long rime.
Otherwise, my overall experience at Crystal Run Healthcare meets my expectations.
