The spa is beautiful and clean and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I go to CryoArctic for whole body cryotherapy and infrared sauna to help treat systemic Lupus and arthritis. I have been feeling amazing!

Shawn and Danny were terrific; they are really polite, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Most importantly: I really did feel amazing afterwards!

The session was so unique and invigorating, and the owners were very attentive to, and thoughtful of, my individual questions and needs. I slept very well that night, and had noticeably more energy the next day. I am definitely turning my husband onto this, to help with chronic pain issues. Thank you for bringing such a great service to our area!
