(July 5, 2023, 8:36 pm)Love this Gym staff is friendly. Place is always clean also a huge shout out to the Manager Angelic always has a smile and really knows how to make someone feel at home if half the business in the area had someone like her working for them ever place would be great to go too.

The vibe is so upbeat and friendly and non intimidating. The facility is very clean and well lighted, I just wanted to say how nice and welcoming everyone is there!

(April 14, 2023, 7:01 pm)Good gym for the money. They open earlier than any other gym nearby. But it's usually crowded and there aren't many duplicate machines so it can be hard to get on the popular machines like the Smith machine.
