(December 2, 2022, 9:22 pm)I’ve been a member since 2015. Some months I come regularly, sometimes I skipped months without coming, especially during Covid. Throughout the years, I’ve seen them adding more and more equipment. Some older and worn out equipment they would just keep around and try to maximize their use. Women locker room - Some renovations were done 2-3 years ago. I can’t say it was an improvement. They got rid of the 2 private changing rooms, and replaced with 2 extra bathrooms, which is unnecessary. The shower stalls definitely have more urgent need for renovations but didn’t get any. Tiles inside stalls are in bad conditions. They removed the steam room and don’t know if the sauna room is still working. Overall, the gym have enough different types of equipment, weightlifting and training area. It also has spinning room and group exercise rooms. They offer daily classes in those rooms. It is a budget friendly gym. It also has a juice bar, hydro massage and tanning equipment. For me, it serves the purpose.

She ensured my visit was a pleasant one. I look forward to utilizing all of the amenities. Congrats crunch fitness on having such a wonderful employee! I will tell my friends about this awesome gym. The facility was super clean too!

(August 19, 2022, 1:07 pm)"Thank-you Crunch" for getting a new manager at the Paramus location. Her name is Jocelyn and she is a major plus. Not only was she super friendly; but she was also super helpful and extremely knowledgeable which hasn't been the case in the past year. I was going to cancel my membership but now I have decided to stay. Only because of her. Thank-you for letting me share my opinion.
