(June 19, 2023, 5:20 pm)I started my fitness journey recently. I would like to start off by saying that this is a great gym with a vast variety of equipment and outstanding staff members. As a beginner, I was intimidated to start coming to the gym but the personal trainers are very friendly, motivating and enthusiastic! One in specific, Tim (“Big Tim”), saw me working out and came over to assist me. He showed me the correct way to chest press with good form and I had the best pump of my life! This gym has a great culture for all gym-goers. I definitely look forward to coming here as many times as I can every week!

(June 7, 2023, 12:36 am)I have been a regular at this gym for quite a while now, and while I love the variety of equipment and classes they offer, I have a few concerns that I feel need to be addressed.
Firstly, I have noticed that there are some machines that are broken or not functioning correctly, and this can be a frustrating experience for members who are there to workout and push themselves to their limits. It would be greatly appreciated if these machines could be fixed as soon as possible, so that all members can have an enjoyable workout experience.
Secondly, I have noticed that some members are not cleaning the machines after their use, and this results in an unsanitary environment. I suggest that the gym staff take more initiative to remind members to clean the machines after use, and provide free towels to facilitate this process. It's not only about maintaining proper hygiene standards, but it's also about respecting the gym space and equipment for the use of all members.
Overall, this gym has a lot of potential, and with a few improvements such as fixing broken machines and implementing better cleaning practices, it could be a fantastic place to workout. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness, and I hope to see these changes implemented soon.
