(April 24, 2023, 9:47 am)In the greater Hamilton area, this is my favorite gym! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Facilities had lots to offer for all kinds of work outs. They played the best music!

(February 15, 2023, 1:04 pm)It's a decent gym for a reasonable price. The attendees range from beginner to gym expert (if that's a thing). I love the times. People are always nice. Gym is always clean or being cleaned when I go. Staff is friendly. I haven't tried classes yet because they all start at 9 or later when I am at work. It would be nice to get a 5am class a couple times a week as an option for morning gym people. That's why I only gave 4 stars
