(May 1, 2023, 7:49 am)I have been a crunch member for a few years and I have no complaints! Best gym - always clean, good equipment, awesome sauna and amenities (tanning, massage beds). Plus the staff is really wonderful - especially the morning crew, Vinny and Amanda. They make me look forward to coming every morning. Best gym!!!!

(February 23, 2023, 10:16 am)In love with this gym! it does get pretty crowded 5-7pm but what gym doesn’t? The amount of equipment is awesome. The gym is spacious and there’s always a place for you to do your workout. The members have good gym etiquette. Shoutout to the morning crew for always being polite and having a smile on their face despite the hour of the day. Highly recommend this place, best of Long Island!
