(July 14, 2023, 9:34 pm)Got four cookies. Biscoff, Oreo, lemon and chocolate chip. Lemon and chocolate chip were soft and delicious. Oreo and Biscoff were stale and crumbly. Texture seemed like they were days old, not freshly baked. Disappointed since I paid like $15 for four cookies, expected all of them to be fresh :(

(March 24, 2023, 11:10 am)Like anyone else, I'm not always a fan of all the selections, but the ones I think I will like are usually amazing. I've even found a I couple I enjoyed that I didn't expect to like. The staff is really friendly and I always have a great experience when I am there. They are batting a thousand with me for delivery too so far, always accurate and always pretty fast. In store or delivery it's always really fresh too. Crumbl is definitely a win for me.

(February 10, 2023, 7:48 pm)The cookies are absolutely delicious and rotate weekly which is quite exciting. The Milk Chocolate Chip and Pink Sugar cookies, which were both amazing, are offered weekly. The inside was super clean and the service was friendly and quick. Would definitely recommend!
