Crown Trophy

I cannot put into words just how much I appreciate Terry and Mary Kate at Crown Trophy-Hamilton. I show up with an IMPOSSIBLE task, needing it done YESTERDAY, AND need a change at the LAST POSSIBLE MINUTE!!! Without fail, these ladies pull ANYTHING off no matter what!!! All while being so kind, patient, and pleasant (even when I feel like I can't even tolerate myself)...I can always use a way to make my job a little easier one project at a time, and I cannot thank them enough for pulling it off for me every single time!!

Excellent customer service! Went in looking for a trim part that had broken off my kids trophy. Susan happily assisted me with getting the part. Great service goes a long way. I recommend this store.

Second time here and it continues to delight! The plaque came out perfectly!.. I worked with Susan and she was super responsive! Great quality and great customer service -- couldn't be more pleased!

Just received some new shirts I ordered for my business and am very happy with the quality & pricing from Crown. The shirts came out better looking then I even imagined. The one thing that really inspired me to write this review is the customer service I received at Crown Trophy. They even provided me with sample shirts at no cost to make sure I had the right fit!
Will definitely be a lifelong customer.

Haven’t used yet buy just got off the phone with Susan and am very excited to do business with them. Called about laser engraving on anodized Aluminium and very please with reasonable pricing for setup and cost per character. Can’t wait to have few things engraved!!!!

Day after I called I went here as a walk in. They were able to engrave what I needed and everything came out amazing!!! Staff is very friendly and they went the extra mile to meet and exceed all my expectations. I highly recommend Crown Trophy for their engraving services.
