(February 11, 2023, 12:06 pm)I had sent my watch in for repairs. They were very prompt in sending me the estimate. I sent out my money order to have it repaired. My money order was lost in the mail. When I contacted the company, Croton's employee, David, was extremely helpful. He explained what I needed to do. He followed up with prompt e-mails and phone calls. After sending in another money order, the repair was completed in a timely manner, David was kind enough to send me the tracking information and he followed up to ensure that I received the watch. It looks great, and David is definitely an asset to Croton Watch Group.

He took. Time to explain everything in detail and most importantly told me he would do everything to restore my watch. David you did just that with no charge under complete warranty.
