  I take the kids to Gymnastics here on saturdays mornings. Kids love it, my Fiance works out weekdays for cross fit and she's addicted to it. a good environment people there are helpful and friendly.

  The staff and community of Crossfit Meriden are second to none. The work out are intense and they strive on teaching correct movements. Many options for classes and great price.

  As a teacher and a student I was losing the balance between my work and my health. Crossfit Meriden helped me not just reclaim that balance, but to capitalize on my own strength and fitness. CFM provides excellent programing with different workouts and targeted skill lessons. The coaches are the perfect balance of professional and fun. Most importantly, CFM offers an outstanding community. From the moment you walk into the box the friendliness and encouragement is nearly tangible. It is truly a place for all- whether you're just starting out, trying to get back into shape, or just want a place to maximize your fitness CrossFit Meriden is the place for you.

  I was nervous about joining Crossfit because I am not super strong, but you have to start somewhere! And this is definitely the place. The trainers are fantastic and make sure you have the proper form as to avoid injuries. I have a bad back and they told me how to work with my body to do things the best way for me. The community aspect here is amazing and it's the best workout I've had. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

  I absolutely love this place, my fellow crossfitters and the coaches! I've been a member since they moved into this building, and I can't believe the progress I have made.
  
  The coaches are super supportive and highly knowledgeable, and they focus on each member, every class.
  
  Oh, and this is the least expensive CrossFit membership I have ever seen, by far!!!
