This was my first crossfit workout and before starting the workout, Josh made sure to go over the basics of each movement with me so I didn't injure myself. I really enjoyed working out at his gym and I plan on returning when I'm back in PA! Thanks for having me!!!

Don’t always love the places I drop in to but I’ll definitely come back. And if I lived here, this is exactly the kind of gym I’d join.

Josh and the staff are excellent coaches and will meet you wherever you are in terms of experience. Josh has helped me navigate through injuries and work towards my specific goals for athletic performance, and it is really helping me take my fitness to the next level. Highly recommend this gym for people of all levels!

It doesn’t matter what level of fitness you’re at, they will help you with every movement and make sure you’re comfortable and confident. The progress I’ve made here is astonishing. All the people are very welcoming and encouraging! Highly recommend !
