  Been to many chiropractors in my life. Was told I needed surgery to correct pinched nerves in my back that constantly cause pain down my legs. Was ready to go to a spine surgeon but found this place online. Was a little hesitant at first but am blown away by the results after just a few sessions. Finding that I don’t need to take medicine to get through the day is a blessing and something I didn’t think possible. Be ready to do some work but the results do show with consistency. They have machines that I’ve never seen in any of the 30+ chiropractic offices I’ve been in. I love that they are old school and take a look a the bigger picture while using some new technologies. If you’ve tried everything else and don’t want to have surgery just give this place a first visit and see for yourselves. I’ll post further reviews down the line. Thanks so much to the team at cross island chiropractic for helping me in what I thought was a dire situation

  Im very grateful to have been referred to Dr Simonetti. I had suffered a very painful pinched nerve in my upper back and stiff neck from an injury in the gym. After a couple of adjustments I felt brand new again with more range of motion than I ever had before. I have continued my adjustments well after my recovery and feel that I am able to continue my gym routine and go about my day much easier with less tension and stress. I strongly recommend that anyone has not already been adjusted by a Chiropractor give Dr Simonetti a visit. He is very patient and informative with his treatment.

  Dr. Valenti is so caring, professional & competent! She, along with Dr. Simonetti, have helped me tremendously with bad sciatica/lower back pain. Now I look forward to my weekly adjustments to maintain my wellness with Dr. V!

  Dr. Simonetti is patient and extremely knowledgeable about his craft. over the years he has helped me with back, leg, neck, and arm issues. He has been a tremendous help to me. Also, he’s really cool.

  I have been suffering with my back for a few years, my spine was hitting my nerve, my doctors wanted to put rods in my back to relive the pain. It was very hard for me to walk, & going up & down stairs.My friend has been telling me to go to Cross Island Wellness Center, I finally came, I been coming for a couple of months, I am finally feeling better, I am walking better. going up & down stairs is much easier . I was always a little hesitant about Chiropractors. I truly recommended anyone with back problems, try Cross Island chiropractics wellness center, you will be amazed
