  I walked into Cromwell Automotive with no appointment...for emissions testing. They couldn't have been nicer, and performed the test in a very short time while I waited. What impressed me about this business was its cleanliness, which is very often lacking in an automotive setting. This extended to the outside space as well. And for the short time I waited, I also watched as they interacted with customers....very precise and polite. From everything I observed, this a business that serves its customers very well.

  Went here for an emissions test, quick painless and the staff was very nice. Will probably come here for future auto service.

  The workers at Cromwell Automotive were so kind and helpful. They fixed my issue right away and were extremely professional. 10/10 recommend

  I went for emissions. I waited until the last day to do emissions and was freaking out about where to go and how fast it would be. I called Cromwell auto and they said I can come on whenever but recommended that i make an appt so I did. I came in and they were very friendly and started working on my emissions test right away. I was in and out within 10 min. Waiting area was clean and organized. And all employees i interacted with were very polite and friendly. Great service.

  They went above and beyond when installing my plow, even running my safety flashing light wire into the cab of my truck. Then fix the control box onto of the fisher box. So professional, I cannot recommend enough.
