I decided that I wanted to go to Cricket Wireless and after a little research I found this location to have the best reviews by far. I was not disappointed. Eric is amazing. He was very patient as we tried to rescue my account from the disaster that was Straight Talk.
He not only got me transferred over and got me the free phone I wanted, but also set it up for me and transferred everything important from my old broken phone. I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. If I can expect this level of customer service, I feel nuts for waiting so long to change! Thanks Eric!
