  As a vocal and guitar instructor for several years at Cresendo Music I can say that Cresendo is truly amazing and inspiring to young and old alike wanting to learn how to play an instrument, or sing. All the instructors are high-level professionals who love to share their skills!
  It’s also an easy and convenient stop for your musical instrument needs or repairs. Jason is a really great guy and an easy to work with guitar luthier plus! The whole staff is great!!
  If you’ve been wanting to learn an instrument, including your vocal instrument, definitely connect with them!

  Being rather new to Connecticut, I wanted to find a reliable guitar technician for my acoustic and electric guitars. I have been to many technicians that have talked about their rich experience, but they would not be able to deliver with quality at all. I would have to make trips to go back to those people all the time to redo repairs or setups. At Crescendo, I've met with Jason and he's been able to work on my guitars flawlessly and communicate any issues about anything. Also, as someone said before, there are text alerts when your instrument is ready to be picked up. I really recommend this place for people! Ask for Jason, he's an awesome guy!

  I've brought several guitars here for setups and repairs and have had nothing but great experiences. Love the text alerts when my stuff is ready for pickup, and the service is always top-notch and quick too. This will remain my go-to spot for all guitar and music equipment needs!

  This place has such a friendly staff!! Super helpful and reliable. I went in with old strings on my acoustic guitar and they swapped them for new strings and tuned my baby up all in less than 45 mins while they were fairly occupied with other customers. She now sounds incredible!!! Like brand new! I’m extremely grateful! I highly recommend them to all whom needs instruments repaired or lessons!! 10 out of 10 💯
