  The Cremation Society of Connecticut took care of my husband's body as efficiently and respectfully as possible. I had signed up and prepaid last year, knowing the end was in sight. The representatives were pleasant and kind through every step and answered all my questions. I especially enjoyed working with Tanner Wilson, who has impeccable manners and follow through on all details. He even brought the ashes home to me. As strange as it may sound, it was a pleasure, especially as I mourn. The caring was tangible.

  If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We became members of the Cremation Society of CT a few months ago. I didn't expect to need their services so soon and then my wife passed away unexpectedly. I called the office and Merideth answered. She located the membership(s) immediately and assured me they would take over from there. She told me not to worry about anything and she would go over more details the next day if I was up to it. She made this process so much easier for me.
  I liked the fact that the Cremation Society of Connecticut is owned by the parent company Carmon Funeral Homes, Inc The crematory is owned by them and located in Windsor, CT. No third-party involvement.
  They offer many services and I highly recommend them.

  After The absolute horrible experience at the Hospital in which my father received minimal care, and a doctors staff that had absolutely zero communication abilities within their own circles. I was banging my head against a wall. After my father had passed, I called the CT cremation society because I had zero faith that they hospital would do what they said they would do and that is to call the Cremation Society. When I called Meredith answered the phone. At that moment I was still very angry over the care my father received. Meredith took all my information and told me that if I do not receive a call back in 10 min to call her immediately. 3 min later I received a call from her supervisor. At that moment I was extremely impressed. This cremation Society is a true blessing, and the people that I have interacted with have been and continue to take care of my father, and always provide updates on my fathers remains, and continually inform me of the next step.

  At the most difficult time of my life, Brian from Cremation Society of Connecticut, helped walk me through my darkest hours with his kindness and compassionate manner. I could tell right from the beginning that he always had my best interest as his priority. He always had just the right words of comfort and a genuine desire to help me in any way he could.
