    My experience at Create Your Core has been nothing but exceptional! As a clinician myself, I strongly believe post natal Physical Therapy, (PT) should be the standard of care to ensure that mothers are healing properly. Additionally, Dr. Jenn has been instrumental in my recovery, every session is one on one, informative, and modified to fit my personal needs. The office is clean, scheduling is flexible, and the best part is bringing my baby to all my sessions, to incorporate in my treatment.

    I am beyond grateful to have found Jenn! I knew after being discharged by another PT that this couldn’t be my new normal. Everything I was doing was modified, I had a c-section shelf despite losing the majority of the weight from the pregnancy. Jen validated how I was feeling and gave me the tools (and confidence) to find a better way to progress in my workouts and get back to what I know as normal.

    Dr. Jenn is a fantastic Physical Therapist. She has treated me over the years for knee, back, & hip pain. She listens to your issues, asks appropriate questions, performs treatments and prescribes an action plan to correct/strengthen the imbalance.

    Dr. Jenn is developing a welcoming health-oriented workshop center for people of all ages. Her special events include nutritional information, pregnancy coaching, barre & yoga classes.
    I love her yoga classes & the “Wine Down Yoga” gathering.

    These gatherings are the Core to a healthy lifestyle! I recommend you check one out!

    I went to Jenn for my occasional chronic back pain. Jenn is the ultimate professional with a bright smile and pleasant disposition. She is extremely knowledgeable, very personable and listens carefully to a complaint then begins her thorough evaluation to find the root cause of the pain. Her hands on treatment targets the problem area and provides relief. A combination of her adjustments and exercises helped to reduce my pain after one treatment. With one or two follow up sessions and following Jenn’s recommended daily exercise plan I have been able to maintain a healthy back. I would highly recommend Jenn.

    I'm blessed to have met Jenn not only is she amazingly supportive and knowledgeable, she always greets you with a smile. She takes the time in every session to ask how how are you feeling and if your unique exercise plan which (she creates) is working. She actually listens and does her very best to help you unlike many Doctors, that will tell you " That's normal for your age " or " Your not the only woman with this issue there is nothing we can do". Jenn also sends follow- up emails to remind you of everything that was covered during the session for at home practice. I can't recommended her highly enough
