I consulted remotely with Kevin about getting back into running as it has been 18 years and ~80+ lbs since my last marathon.

The first thing I asked about was getting new shoes. I wear a women’s 12W. After a few questions Kevin recommended the Women’s Hoka Clifton 9. I’ve never had women’s running shoes (always worn men’s athletic shoes) and what a difference! In the past I’ve been professionally fit at a running store with a treadmill test. Kevin gave me a much better recommendation remotely and is now my go-to-guy for all things running. He knows his stuff!
