Being older, my concern for strength and flexibility has started to become an issue. Charlie is extremely knowledgeable and individualized a program specifically for my needs. He continues to take CE courses to continue to develop his knowledge. I highly recommend CR Fitness for anyone, any age that is looking for a great personal trainer.

He challenges you in a safe way while respecting your limits. His positive attitude has been a great influence on my life. I highly recommend CR Fitness to anyone who wants to get stronger and get in better shape.

Trying together training, nutrition and mindset to every session and he simplifies it into easily digestible pieces. What I like most about Charlie is that he carefully listens to your specific needs, putting together a very doable action plan. In my experience with other trainers, they can have a my way or the highway mentality. I highly recommend Charlie, he's a great guy on a mission to get you to the next level!
