Being older, my concern for strength and flexibility has started to become an issue. Charlie is extremely knowledgeable and individualized a program specifically for my needs. He continues to take CE courses to continue to develop his knowledge. I highly recommend CR Fitness for anyone, any age that is looking for a great personal trainer.

He challenges you in a safe way while respecting your limits. His positive attitude has been a great influence on my life. Trying together training, nutrition and mindset to every session and he simplifies it into easily digestible pieces. What I like most about Charlie is that he carefully listens to your specific needs, putting together a very doable action plan. In my experience with other trainers, they can have a my way or the highway mentality. I highly recommend Charlie, he's a great guy on a mission to get you to the next level!
