  These guys were fantastic!! Super nice, super professional. Had my daughter's phone fixed quickly. Hopefully their services are not needed, but would go back in a heartbeat if they are.

  Had hole in my camera glass on my Pixel 6. They were able to order the part and had it by the next day. Took the phone in after they contacted me and it was fixed in a couple of hours. Nice, quick, convenient service and reasonable.

  I stopped into CPR with Daughter's iPhone. Her ear speaker was very low and barely could hear phone calls when not on external speaker. I received quotes from other service stores estimating over $100 to repair. Chandler welcomed us professionally and kindly, and asked if he could "assess" the issue with her phone. 5 min later he returned the phone to us working 100%, stating there was just a block in the speaker from lint/dust and that the issue was easily rectified. The service was impeccable, and Chandler was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Ask for him! Don't take your iDevices anywhere else. These folks are wonderful, and glad to have them local here in West Chester PA. Additionally, Ricardo is another on the front line at this store and provides wonderful customer service. Love these guys and CPR! would have given 10 *'s if I could... Thank you!

  I can't speak highly enough of these guys! They've come to my rescue twice, and both times have been just about as smooth and seamless a process as you can imagine. Not what you would typically imagine when it comes to having a repair done through an insurance claim; their service is the epitome of effective. The scheduling application on their website (or sent via email if filing a claim) is very user-friendly, and they have a fantastic span of availability. In less than 18 hours I went from filing my claim, to booking, dropping my phone off, and retrieving it good as new.

  Excellent price and thank you for the military discount. I scheduled my appointment online for 4 PM. When I arrived, they did tell me that they were running a little behind, so I should not come back until 530. That was OK and all things considered. I still would have given five stars if I got my phone back by then. I arrived at 5:30. While in the waiting area, I searched for my phone via my watch and heard it beep. So at that moment it was assembled. I assumed that meant it was done but in fact, that meant it had not been disassembled yet because I was told they needed 15 more minutes. I came back 15 minutes later, and my watch could longer find my phone which means it was disassembled. It was almost 6 PM when I got my phone. I was originally quoted 45 minutes for the job, but it took almost 2 hours. I will still come back, but I do hope they can better manage the workflow.
