  Juan at CPR rescued my phone on Saturday May 13.... My LG phone simply shut down on it's own and would not turn on. Juan fixed the problem in about 5 minutes and this brought me great relief because I had no alternative phone and it was Saturday evening. He reset the Battery Connector and also cache in the device. And he didn't charge me a dime! I guess because it took only 5 minutes! I will definitely recommend CELL PHONE REPAIR! Thank you Juan!

  EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! From the phone call to when I arrived at the CPR cell repair location in Amityville Richard was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to get my new Samsung S21 FE 5g phone up and running with his expertise skills by going into the settings and making the appropriate network selection. He did NOT charge me,which I was very appreciative of. I would recommend this company and staff to anyone.Thanks again for your help.

  Honestly, this was a far drive for me but it just happened to be the closest one that my insurance would accept to fix my IPhone Screen. However - they had exceptional customer service, communication, and professionalism. I would come back here despite the distance because they communicated with me throughout the whole process, and really made a headache of a situation so much easier for more. They kept me up to date with calls for any changes, and even emailed me once the job was complete. They even waited an extra five minutes after closing becuse I was running late from work. I would definitely come back. They handle all types of electronics and are very knowledgeable. They got my repair done quick and efficiently. Thank you Richard and team, you were all wonderful.

  Absolutely amazing service and product. My Samsung notebook screen was completely cracked, Samsung themselves quoted me a ridiculous number to fix it and even suggested I buy a new laptop. I was pleasantly surprised at the price I was quoted by cpr, and I was even more satisfied with the repair. It was done quickly and the customer service was fantastic. Will surely only be going to cpr from now on for all my electronic needs.
