My wife and I had never used a travel agent before, and all we knew is wanted a trip to the Caribbean in the winter months, which we hadn't done save for short stops on cruises. Nish listened to what we were hoping for, got us options, we learned, gave Nish feedback and set us up with what was a fantastic vacation at a destination and resort we more than likely wouldn't have considered on our own.
