I went here nov 3rd was due for my meds on the 6th called 3 times never get a call back cant leave a message only person you can get is on call doctor who cant send in my meds 4 days with no medication that I'm not supose to stop abruptly. I guess
it probably has something to do with doc change but i am not happy right now. Update: The receptionist is patient and amazing. She really came through for me today. Lori the nurse would get 10 stars if I could give them. Changed from 1 to 3 because of them . The new doctor wouldnt give me 1 of my scripts that I've been on since I'm a kid for a long story. Hopefully it will get better when I see him.
Edit New doc is great but they need a answering machine.its Friday not supose to be closed and I can't call to get meds refilled. All day need a way to emergency contact for scripts.
Dr. Adedokun is the best! I started with him way back when he was still at the Green Arts Medical Building in Catskill and, though he eventually moved to this office which is roughly a 15 minute drive from my home, I still make the drive to come see him specifically because he has always truly cared about me and my issues and ran any tests I requested, never doubting what i've said and actually spending the time to get to know my concerns on a deeper level, as compared to my previous doctors which I would all rate poorly that still work at the Green Medical Arts Building to this very day. I wouldn't switch him out for any other doctor!
The doctors here are very good. I say doctors because it seems very hard to have one steady doctor. I had one for a few years I loved, then she left, got another one, which was great and is no longer there,, and since have seen two additional, both great, but not comforting to know you don't have one doctor and makes it harder to obtain the care and attention each case may need. Very hard to find comfort when the provider is currently changing. Nursing staff is always so nice and go out of there way.
