  This is my second time joining. I love the outdoor setting with fresh air. The time and location is perfect for me. I can still go to work after this workout.
  Casey is a great coach. I won't be able to do it if we are not doing it together. I recommend it to anyone who wants to live a healthy life.

  I been working out my whole life and never thought I would like outdoor fitness classes. I love them now. Casey is a amazing trainer and is very motivating, supportive in every way. The group of people that I workout with are amazing as well. You will not find a better group of people or trainer to workout with. We laugh and push each other each and every time! Casey will not disappoint! You will not regret it;)

  Casey is a phenomenal coach and personal trainer! She pushes athletes to reach goals in just three weeks! She takes the time to set weekly goals with them and set themed classes. The girls loved dressing up and seeing their friends, they loved the extra motivation! She takes time to plan each and every class. She sends out a welcome video with a welcome prize and certificates at the end of the sessions. She loves to see the girls progress with each class— pushing them to break through barriers and challenge themselves. Casey motivates each and every athlete to make them feel empowered! Even if your athlete is doing practice at school, they could benefit from athletic conditioning to increase strength, flexibility, and form with specialty exercises. I highly recommend these classes!

  Casey is so kind and sweet when she interacts with the kids. She manages to find a way to connect with each one of them. We participated in her virtual cheer classes and my daughter loved it. She loved the themes and especially loved being able to work on something she is passionate about during the off season.
  Casey made sure each girl felt special and even went as far as sending them certificates. We are looking forward to covid ending so we can do some in person classes with her.
