Our purchases included complete custom bedroom set, sofa, chairs and rug.
Laura is very knowledgeable and provided us with great selections of beautiful furniture, fabrics and coordinating colors. She worked very closely with us and offered expert advice and suggestions as to what would look best with our furniture choices.
More importantly, Laura wanted us to be comfortable and happy in our choices.
We would be very happy to recommend Laura as your designer. You will not be disappointed. Laura Reichert is an extraordinary credit to your organization.

It's a lovely store with beautiful furniture, and Karin Kupper, my sales associate, was consistently professional, polite and patient. Not only does she know her stuff, she seems genuinely committed to helping her customers make the right decision.
The store manager and other members of the staff were also engaged with my purchases, and were helpful as well. All in all, an unusually pleasant experience with salespeople who seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. -

Eileen did a great job guiding us in the process of choosing the right pieces based on our preferences. She even came to our house to take photos of the space so she could CAD the furniture and rug in our dining room! That was so helpful. We highly recommend Country Willow.

From their large and quality selection to the kind, knowledgeable people who work there, our experience shopping for a farm style dining room table was a pleasure and a success. Eileen O’ Brien must’ve spent nearly two hours working with us until we found the perfect table + chairs for our dining room/kitchen. Simply put, Country Willow is as advertised: a truly a top-notch, high end and overall excellent furniture store. We’ll be back!

Five star customer service all around, from our initial personal design meetings with Eileen to stopping by the warehouse to check out our furniture to the white glove delivery service team who set everything up for us. The quality of the furniture is top of the line and make for true heirloom pieces that we will cherish for years to come! Thank you to Eileen and the country willow team for this great shopping experience!
