  I can't say enough positive things about Country Flow Yoga! I've been a student here for over three years and will continue to be for years to come. Every class is unique and the teachers are fantastic. From aerial yoga to restorative, there is something for everyone. This studio has made such a positive impact on my life and holds a special place in my heart. I recommend this studio to everyone.

  I LOVE LOVE LOVE this studio. There are so many classes offered at all times of the day and it's super affordable. I'm new to yoga, have a lot of back pain issues, and recently had a baby. I've been taking Michelle's yoga classes on Monday's and Thursday's and it has really helped my back pain. It has also been a lot of fun- helping me get back into a fitness routine when I'm so exhausted from sleepless nights. I look forward to it all day unlike how I feel trying to force myself onto a treadmill. The owner, Melissa, is wonderful as well. She is very sweet and helpful and very responsive if you have any questions. I can't recommend this place enough!

  I started attending aerial yoga classes at Country Flow Yoga, and then I was impressed with all the other yoga classes. When I decided to take my yoga instructor certification, there was no doubt that this was the best place to do so. Owners Melissa & Lara are so professional, caring and knowledgable. I can honestly say this studio has changed my life.

  First off, let's talk about the VIBE. CFY is at the top of a MOUNTAIN so you MUST go in person to feel the energy that simply radiates from this studio. Second, VARIETY! There are so many class options and times to choose from. They offer AFFORDABLE AERIAL YOGA, I was shocked but so excited that I could finally try it! (I "dropped in" and it was only $20) Also, excellent teachers who are friendly and actually ask their students what they want to work on before starting. They offer in person and online classes which are great for people who are working from home or commuting. The studio is large and it doesn't feel like you are on top of your classmates while practicing. Price wise, its the best priced yoga studio I have ever come across, seriously. There is no shortage of quality. Again, good vibes, variety of classes, attentive teachers, lovely space, and flexible class times to accommodate everyone. This is THE ONLY yoga studio in the West Milford Township area, so any highlander can easily attend and not have to drive so far or out of town. There is also GREAT PARKING for trucks and SUVs. I am proud to officially call myself a yogi and Country Flow Yoga is my home studio!

  I’ve had an irrational fear of heights for years but surprisingly my favorite class at Country Flow Yoga is Aerial. Why even try something that I normally wouldn’t consider? Simple - the instructors. I’ve been to other yoga studios where I’ve felt intimidated and brushed aside by the instructors. Country Flow Yoga is the exact opposite. The teachers here care about your well being and encourage you to go at your own pace.
  Over the past 5 years I’ve brought friends and family to the studio (and now online) to their classes and workshops. Everyone comes out of the sessions more relaxed and calm. The stress just seems to float away at County Flow Yoga.
