The place was hopping, and the line was long. Service was unaffected, atmosphere was equally pleasant.
The wrong Entree was served, my guest had already started to eat, when the manager [Debbie, I hope I remembered] came to the table told us we were served wrong and corrected the order before we could even ask.
Best service in years.

(August 4, 2023, 3:43 pm)We stumbled up this place on after visiting the Cape May Zoo and figured we would give it a try. To our surprise the kids meals were completely free (I think it's Monday-Thurs only) You don't see that very often nowadays, especially since Covid, and we were pleasantly surprised. I got a chicken caesar wrap and it was delicious and had some kick to it. My two kids loved their meals, a grilled cheese and chicken fingers (both came with fries). Our waitress Leanna was very sweet and attentive and we had a great experience overall. It's a golfer bar and they also sell wine, beer and liqueur to go. Would definitely go back here, we loved it.

(July 19, 2023, 8:16 pm)My husband and I had lunch at the Tavern today and it was delicious. The cheese steak was the best I ever had and my husband had a ahi tuna wrap which was great. Great service, excellent food and reasonable prices. What more could you ask for.

(July 3, 2023, 10:33 am)Service was good. Food was pretty good. My kids got the fish sticks which were huge. Our crispy fish tacos were basically just fish sticks with toppings which was fine but lacked something. The bang bang shrimp was very good though. Some of the beer taps weren’t working so there was confusion about the beers but we ended up with an Always Ready and Cape May IPA. Kid-friendly, clean. We will probably be back!

(June 22, 2021, 6:39 am)My friends and I had a great experience. It was graduation night so it was fully packed. The kitchen was very impressive and everything came out hot within ten minutes. The bartender was slow but I believe she was new. And our server Amy, was definitely the best. She handled everything for all the tables outside. She was an awesome waitress.
