(June 2, 2023, 3:25 pm)My mom just spent 12 days at this facility. She received great nursing care. Her only complaint was the food which I understand they now have a new cook. People have good and bad experiences at every facility. Being a nurse myself I have to say it was a safe and helpful facility.

(May 28, 2022, 6:26 pm)My wife, Ginny, has been confined to a wheelchair for a number of years. While she isn't able to walk, she has been able to learn to transfer to and from her wheelchair to her recliner and bed and bathroom. This has allowed her to stay very independent.
She had an emergency surgery at Morristown Memorial and while recovering, she received very little physical therapy and completely lost her independence.
Ten days of appropriate physical therapy at Country Arch has restored her to that same level of independence that she lost in the hospital. James and Blake and the entire PT staff were wonderful. She quickly got back the strength and ability necessary to allow her to do transfers on her own. We are now continuing the PT at home.
All of the staff, Buddy and the other RN's and Al and the other aides were instrumental in her healing and we wish we could give all six stars instead of five. -

(May 25, 2022, 5:02 pm)Thank you to all of the staff at Country Arch for caring for my friend’s aunt during her rehab stay. They have an excellent team, all have a compassionate and loving attitude. The rooms were clean thanks to housekeeping.

(May 20, 2022, 6:02 pm)My mother, Ida, spent 2 and half weeks at Country Arch after hip surgery. She said that it was a positive experience on the whole. Firstly, the Administrative staff: Admissions, Social Work, was professional and courteous. They communicated well and helped to clarify mv questions. Secondly, the Rehab staff: Physical and Occupational staff were excellent in teaching my mom to walk again and to manage a new life with an artificial hip. I thank all the Staff at the Rehab Dept. The Director of Rehab helped me with purchasing the equipment. The Nursing staff was very helpful and nice on the whole. However, Mom complained about one nurse who seemed mean and abrupt to her. Mom said the food was alright; and she added the cook knew how to season. We went away satisfied.
