  The Counseling Center Group has been an incredible blessing for my family. My child was struggling with anxiety and depression, and the group provided a safe space to explore their emotions in a supportive environment. The counselors were knowledgeable and kind, guiding my child through difficult conversations and helping them gain insight into their feelings. I am so grateful for the care they showed us throughout our journey together. It is clear that this team cares deeply about every person who walks through their door, as evidenced by their unwavering commitment to providing excellent care. We are forever thankful for all that we learned during our time with them! Highly recommend!

  I can't even begin to express how much the Counseling Center Group has helped me during a very difficult time in my life. It was such a relief to find an accepting and safe space where I could explore my feelings without judgment. The counselors are professionals who really understand what it's like to struggle with stress, anxiety, and depression. They have taught me mindfulness techniques that have allowed me to become more aware of my emotions and how they affect my behavior. I've been able to use these tools not only for myself but also for those around me, leading to healthier relationships overall. My experience with this group has been nothing short of amazing! I highly recommend them if you're looking for help managing stress or improving your emotional well-being. Five stars all the way!

  What a life-saver the Counseling center has been for me. I was struggling with depression and felt like I had no one to turn to. After joining the group, I found a supportive environment where people were willing to listen and help me work through my issues. The counselors are experienced professionals who know how to create an atmosphere of trust, understanding, and respect. They provide valuable advice that allows you to better understand your emotions and develop healthy coping strategies. Through their guidance, I have gained insight into my feelings which has helped me make positive changes in my life. This program is truly five stars! Thank you so much!

  I recently attended a session at the Counseling Center that was facilitated by a DBT-Prolonged Exposure (PE) therapist. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. The atmosphere was open and inviting, with ample opportunity for individual reflection as well. Overall, I highly recommend the Counseling Center's DBT-PE program for anyone looking to work on challenging emotions or unresolved trauma. It has been an invaluable resource for me in managing difficult thoughts, feelings and working towards healing from past experiences. Five stars!

  I found the counseling center group website while searching online. I came to them for their ART therapy and I can honestly say that it has been one of the best experiences I've ever had with therapy. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and understanding. They take the time to understand my needs and provide me with an individualized treatment plan that works for me. In addition to traditional talk therapy, they also offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which has helped me immensely in dealing with my anxiety issues. ART is fast-acting and effective; it helps you process your emotions quickly so you don't get bogged down in them. It's made a huge difference in my life - I'm more confident and less overwhelmed by daily stressors.
