Have had them for 6 months. The follow ups are good and they give you free supplies and even some accessories. After
reading the negative reviews it seems like the issues are probably with the reviewers and not Costco. I've noticed many agitated and rude people in their interactions at Costco. The staff seems great and very helpful and I never feel like I'm bugging them.

I had a great experience at the Costco Hearing Center in West Springfield. I received a thorough exam and a detailed explanation of the exam results and the programing and use of the hearing aids. I have been pleased with my hearing aids, with the follow-up service and of course with the price which was about 1/3 rd the estimate I had received from the audiologist at doctor's office.
