(July 12, 2023, 7:05 pm)Had a lovely experience with my mom working with Rachel. She took us as walk ins at the end of the day, when no one else was available, and gave us lovely cuts! She also had an excellent sense of humor. Would recommend!

(June 2, 2023, 4:49 am)Rachael cut my hair for the first time a few weeks ago, and I was a bit nervous, so I gave her a very detailed description of what I was looking for. My hair is very thick, wavy and curly, and most stylists do not give me a symmetrical cut, they cut the curls out of my hair, or have a hard time shaping it well. In about 5 minutes I had the best cut in my life! Without a doubt I will be back!!!!

(February 2, 2023, 6:47 pm)I had never been to a cost cutters before and Southbury Cost Cutters was the only place open so I gave it a whirl. After meeting Rachael and having her cut my teenage daughters hair, I swore I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Rachael did a great job and had an awesome personality to go with her skills. Tonight we are back for our second visit and we couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend going to see Rachael. Thank you so much!

(January 17, 2023, 3:37 pm)SO happy I found Cost Cutters & RACHEL in Southbury. Typically when I have gone to a franchise's in any business you get what you pay for and it clearly lacks the quality. I've gone to Cost Cutters twice now and Rachel has trimmed my hair PERFECTLY. Exactly as I requested. Did not try to bombard me with products. Was very precise, professional & friendly. ABSOLUTELY would recommend her. Another factor is you don't have to cut off a limb to pay for it. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.
