  I'm been working in a dental field as a front desk associate for 22 years, and 6 of them with Cosmetic and Natural Dentistry, always been grateful working with Lali our office manager and Dr Belani our senior dentist, never had any issue with payroll , always get paid on time with no issues.

  I’ve worked at this office for over a year. Pleasant and honest staff. The focus is on providing a comfortable and friendly relationship with patients. The front desk staff works hard to make sure things run smoothly which includes treating the staff honestly and with respect.

  I’ve been a dental hygienist for over 15 years and employed by Cosmetic and Natural Dentistry for nearly 6 months. I have nothing but lovely things to say about my employers and coworkers. All of them, especially Lali. As a mother of 5 little ones, they always make sure my family life is just as much of a priority as my work life. Which in itself, speaks in volumes about the intentions of the practice. I’ve never missed a direct deposit in my bank account and they are constantly giving me the hours that are conducive to my schedule. It saddens me to see negative reviews that simply are not true and I remain hopeful in the future resolution could be facilitated in a healthier form of communication.

  Finally I found a place where doctors and stuff members are knowledgeable and are trustworthy. Lali at the front desk was super nice and helpful. She went above and beyond to accommodate me. I did deep cleaning and whitening. Absolutely love the results. Highly recommend Cosmetic & Natural Dentistry. My family and I are definitely going back. Thank to the whole stuff, especially, Lali for being so knowledgeable, helpful and nice🙏

  I can’t thank Cosmetic & Natural Dentistry enough for helping me get my brother in last minute for an emergency appointment. Jess at the front desk took our info and even called me back as she said she was going to. She was trying to figure out the insurance info and coverage. She went above and beyond in helping us. I had to personally meet her to thank her for taking the time to follow up with the insurance and ACTUALLY call me back. Lolli the office manager was also a pleasure and sat and explained payment plans and treatment options for him. You feel a welcoming and warm feeling when you come here so I moved my family to this dentist office now.
