(August 15, 2019, 4:28 pm)Ex tenant here, me and my significant other loved living here. Its a nice quite place to live, the maintenance staff are amazing and friendly. It is extremely safe, and very beautiful. My only two complaints would bit it is a bit pricey, and as best as i know there is no way to pay the bill on a website or anything. However i will say you 100% get what you pay for and it is a beautiful place. We do not regret living there, i would recommend this to anyone.

(February 11, 2017, 5:48 pm)I currently live at Cornfield and I have been very happy so far. We live in a one bedroom townhome. It has everything we need. W/D hookups and they are pet friendly. It is a quiet place, no noise issues, neighbors are friendly and the prices are reasonable for this area. Downside to our townhome is the only bathroom is upstairs and the appliances and bathroom sink are in dire need of updating. Other than that we love it here and plan to stay for quite awhile. People really don't move out of here unless they are relocating or buying a home.

Kids are restricted to grass only and are expected to be quiet all day long. They are not allowed to ride bikes in the parking lot.
