Since 2020 I’ve been at cornerstone and I definitely credit the excellent mental health services they provide with helping me through some difficult times and transitions in my life. If you’re looking for a therapist who will be supportive and honest with you .. that is relatable and non judgemental.. these are your people.. ✨

  I have been been receiving counseling services after a personal event. Thanks to my therapist listening ear and support I went from being anxious and needing weekly sections to going ounce a month. Whenever I've had to cancel an appointment or reschedule my therapist has always been quick to get back to me and make time for me. I would recommend Cornerstone counseling to anybody who is seeking mental health treatment.

  It has been a feel good experience from the beginning of meeting with Cornerstone Counseling. For well over a year now I have had the pleasure in working with Chris and his team for the establishment of his new location here in Plantsville aka Southington. Chris Albini has surrounded himself with the kind of people that create success through positive influence. His enterprising in business has surely provided excellent help and amazing experiences for many families and individuals. I will continue to refer his practice to friends and family.
