  Dr. Falk took great care to explain to us the procedures she was performing and to discuss the treatment plan and options. The entire staff with whom we interacted were professional and made us feel very comfortable. We felt assured of the competence level and caring for our girl. We were made to feel comfortable and were well informed .

  They gave me the first available appointment I could find anywhere for my very sick puppy for which I will always be grateful because I was becoming sick with stress and anxiety. Very well run and pleasant so far.
  Important to get my pup at least staged and seen so I could know where he stands. The out come may not be what is best for us but to do all I can for my pet is always my wish. Waiting for one more test result to see if further treatment makes since for him. Update DB Cooper is responding well to chemotherapy and I am enjoying every moment I can with DB Cooper. So very thankful I have pet insurance because so many especially with the price of even food these days would need to make tough choices. Edwina Love we thank you !!!

  I can not say enough positive comments for the experience that I had when I took my Emma to see Dr. Elizabeth Falk for hair loss condition. Her, as well as every staff member I met were absolutely wonderful. Every person was kind, positive and gentle with Emma. I can't thank you enough! It was well worth the long ride to Stamford!   I had to drive over an hour to take my dog to this specialist who was recommended to me by my vet. I am definitely impressed by Dr. Falk's (Dermatologist) level of care and the time that was taken with me & my dog. She explained everything, did all the tests, heard my concerns, and created a care plan with me. I also loved that she greeted my dog at her eye level and got down on the ground with her to make sure she was comfortable. It was a really great experience.

  Every individual that we spoke with during our visit was incredible, well mannered, and went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable. This type of training you provide for your company should be expressed and taught everywhere. I live over an hour away, and I will travel to this location for life with my dogs because of this wonderful experience.
  It is so rare these days to receive good customer service, and a good feeling. Thank you again Cornell University Veterinary Specialists!!!
