CoreBarreFit is a fast, incredibly efficient workout that has changed my life! Elisabeth, Fred and 2 of their other teachers I have taken class with are nothing short of phenomenal. Fred's restoration stretch class on Friday evenings online is beyond relaxing and amazing. I can't speak highly enough of their classes!

CoreBarreFit is my savior. I am 79 years old with two half titanium knees and one shoulder replacement. CoreBarreFit keeps me limber and my energy at a high level. Fred and Elisabeth are the most motivating, encouraging instructors I've ever had. I feel their love even though I am streaming the class. They are fantastic at pointing out "fixes" to my positions and have a great mix of high energy exercises and stretches. I also love their Core Restore class. It is a combination of meditation and stretching and is a perfect relaxer for the end of my day. I am addicted to CoreBarreFit Barre classes.

The Core Barre Fit livestream classes provide a superb workout. Elisabeth and Fred (and Dodi and Kat) have the ability to get to know every student in the class and give personalized feedback all while providing top level barre instruction. I have been "attending" livestream classes since the spring of 2020. I continue to be challenged and know that Elisabeth and Fred are always available offline to answer questions or give assistance . There aren't enough superlatives to describe the experience of taking these classes daily and benefitting physically and mentally from the high level of instruction given. Core Barre Fit gift certificates have become my "go to" gift for those I love. I can't imagine anyone not coming to feel as positive about Core Barre Fit as I do.

My wife and I have been taking classes from Fred and Elisabeth since they began teaching (and pioneering) core barre. I can't tell you how much they have enriched our lives physically, emotionally. I can tell you one doesn't build a following as loyal as theirs unless you are truly knowledgeable and committed. Anyone who wants to change their body and their mind for the better should try a class and see for themselves.

In over fifty years of exercise experiences, CoreBarreFit stands out as one of the absolute best! It was a serendipitous find during the darkest days of Covid quarantine. The classes have brought me a rare combination of physical challenge in the barre and yoga workouts, flexibility in the Restore class and, in all, emotional comfort. As a new member of the community, I have been treated with the same warm welcome and friendly encouragement as those who have trained with Elisabeth and Fred for decades. As restrictions loosened and gyms opened, I have absolutely no need or desire to look beyond my Zoom classes with CoreBarreFit!!
