I personally met my realtor prior to using her services. She was a very friendly person and had shared with me her business card. She struck me as someone who really seemed on the ball with her business. I don't usually mix friendships and business, but I felt she would do a great job. I reached out to her about finding a condo just right for my elderly father. I wanted to make sure he was close to me as he gets older. She became involved immediately to recommend someone down where my father lived to help sell his place and was instrumental in making sure I made all the right preparations for getting his home sold. Then after we sold it (after 4 offers within two weeks!), we began the search up in Bergen County. It wasn't easy, as there was a very small crop of homes with our criteria. During the search, Robin was so warm and immediately became fast friends with my Dad. She added a personal touch that I know no other realtor would. She considered his feelings with every cross road, making sure she did not rest until she found just the right home for my Dad. Not once in the 7 month transaction did she waiver with her energy.
