I must agree with my wife that the holistic approach used at contemporary rehab is very unique and targeted. They use a variety of hands on techniques, such as trigger point release, working with the fascia and even organs to address the underlying issues in the body. Anjali has been working hard on me to get me on a routine stretching and strengthening regimen, and I have been feeling stronger and more energetic everyday. Both the mother and daughter have such a gentle but specific healing touch that makes therapy very warm and homey feeling. I had tried many other physical therapy clinics, but none of them offered the kind of personalized attention I receive here.. I would trust these two ladies with any of my family members since, trust me, they know what they are doing! I highly recommend this practice to anyone suffering with pain or any simple or chronic issues. 5 stars!

No matter what injury I have had, Jaya has been able to help me in the office as well as instruct me about the proper home exercises. Her knowledge, expertise plus personal attention have made her an in valuable source of healing whenever I have needed it.
