  This place is awesome. I have had about 10 custom profiles made for my shaper here, and every time Darien was super helpful and personable. I am just a normal guy who creates reproduction colonial moulding profiles, not some big manufacturing company, so I was impressed that they care about small customers as much as bigger ones. Highly recommended for custom profiles as well as Freeborn and other types of cutters for shapers. That one star review in CTSaw's reviews here was probably from someone who was confused about the rating scale or was just a miserable person in general.

  This company is the best when they are on charge of taking care of your tooling. Very responsible , friendly assistance to your needs... They never let you down. I usually recommend my fellow woodworkers to them without hesitation.

  Jim and Dan are now onto the 3rd generation of top quality service. I have been a client for so many years that we have custom knives that are older than members of our team. In the 30 years of working with Ct Saw I have received excellent service, advice and pricing. Their staff and service is the reason that sales reps from other companies stop trying to gain our business when they find out we deal with CT Saw and tool.

  I've been getting shaper knives & cnc router bits from CT saw for over 6 years. The companies I have worked for both have 20+ year relationships. I've even brought in my personal saw blades for sharpening & repair which came out better than new! Dan and Jim are easy to work with and very helpful. I would recommend them to any cabinet shop or woodworking hobbyist.

  The best and easiest experience I have ever had when purchasing custom knives, bits or cutters and resharpening. They will know what you need without you even knowing. Can't think of a reason to go anywhere else. Pricing is excellent. Customer Service is phenomenal. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
