  I purchased my first Seadoo from Mark at Connecticut Power & Sport back in 2009. They were the only game in all New England who stocked a high perfomance top of the line Seadoo Watercraft so I drove up from New Jersey. He was very helpful, made the purchase easy and even recommended us a place for lunch. As time went on I needed to get the ski serviced/fixed and tried some local places in NJ who told me month long waits, were rude, and didnt even know what they were doing once they got to it. One place worked on it for months and it never ever ran the same again... I sold that ski to Connecticut Power & Sport who fixed it and I purchased another top of the line model GTX from them as once again they are the only game in New England who actually stocks desirable top of the line Seadoo Watercraft Products. From then on I REFUSED to bring the ski to ANYONE ELSE other than Peter Joyce (Pete) at Connecticut Power & Sport. I began driving FIVE HOURS from NJ to CT to have my ski serviced and then FIVE HOURS back. Pete always knew I was coming and when I arrived he would have made any and all preparations for my visit and worked on my ski personally, swiftly and CORRECTLY and would almost always unless a part needed to be ordered have it done so I could drive it back home the SAME DAY! You just dont get amazing customer care & service like that ANYWHERE anymore unless your the owner or if you go to Connecticut Power & Sport and see Pete! FOURTEEN YEARS LATER I have a new GTX Ski now and its running perfectly all thanks to Pete and Connecticut Power & Sport for all these years. Its a long trip back and forth but WELL WORTH it to have the right people working on your expensive investment watercraft. If you live in the area you are lucky because people like me have to travel 10 hours to get treated well and have professional service managers and real mechanics work on our boats. This review is long overdue. Thank you Connecticut Power & Sport and Thank you Pete!

  I have gotten three motorcycles, two trailers, and a jet ski from CT Power and Sport across roughly 10 years. It has been great working with the same team that still maintains an exceptional level of customer service. Everyone is always willing to help, answer any questions, show you around your new purchase, etc.
  
  The buying experience has also been consistently great. Everything is discussed up front, their prices are not hidden by a mix of "discounts" and inflated prices elsewhere. You get the real deal regardless of who you work with.
  
  I would recommend them to everyone. I have had the typical experience inquiring with multiple dealers They throw out the golden words to draw you in, only to wonder where the guy that was going to help you went, then find out its going to cost you more than the fee's you're accounting for.
  
  Save yourself the trouble and make this your one stop shop. You will get clear pricing, excellent customer and product service, clear expectations, and a great crew to work with. Thank you guys for being the best!

  I bought a Polaris 570 Sportsman last year from Connecticut Power & Sport. I waited until this year to write this review to make sure everything worked out as expected. I purchased my ATV from Brian. I found him professional and very knowledgeable. All his information and advice were spot on. I have been riding my ATV since last year and it has been great. I get all my supplies and work done at this place. Even after the purchase they still treat me great. I wish more dealerships were as good as this one or maybe this place sold new cars. I am looking forward to buy more of their products.

  Brian made the process easy from start to finish and kept me posted along the way. Very upfront with pricing, no hassle. Took the time to go over the bike feature wise. Randy in service had the bike ready and saddle bags installed less than 48 hours after it arrived from factory! Great experience would purchase another bike here for sure.
