    Mike, Tommy, and the rest of the team really personalized my journey of recovery after my knee replacement. Each session was tailored to push me just beyond my comfort zone, helping me quickly realize my capabilities. I also learned a lot more about my body and how I can help continue my physical health for many years to come. Thank you for all you did to help me get me to a place I can enjoy again!
