What an awesome experience. From the moment I was in contact with the office until I walked out with my appointment and plan of attack I was thoroughly impressed with everyone. The office staff are kind and helpful. The doctor is beyond impressive. He explains everything. He sits next to you and shows you your xrays and he explains it all. I’ve never experienced such service in healthcare before. After today’s session I am ready for my next appointment and confident in the care I will receive will be the best I could ever hope for.
From my first call to the office I was impressed! Maggie was amazing explaining expenses and how to go about verifying information with my insurance. Dr. LaPorta and Isabelle were absolutely wonderful - explaining everything, answering questions. They worked like a well oiled machine for my procedure. I wouldn’t normally say a tooth extraction is enjoyable but this experience sure was! Would highly recommend this practice to anyone - especially those that may have any anxiety around dental procedures. Calm, patient, reassuring, pleasant. Fantastic all around. So glad this is where my dentist referred me!
The staff was very friendly! The doctor took time to explain everything to us and made my daughter feel very comfortable through the entire procedure. It was a great experience.
I was petty nervous about this specialized procedure and finally took the plunge. Dr. LaPorta was wonderful throughout! He was calm, patient and skilled. Isabelle, his assistant explained everything thoroughly and reminded me several times to call if I had questions. Very impressed with all!
