I’ve had such a kind and positive experience so far! Would recommend.
This place is really good, i’m speaking on my experience here after being their patient for about 2 years i think give or take. the staff is kind and always pick up and if they don’t they ALWAYS return calls in a timely manner, they even call to see about giving me better appointment options when people cancel etc. and miss kozak who i see is so kind and overall really does care about you as an individual. i’ve never experienced anything but clinical coldness from most psychiatrists in the past but she’s not like that, she really cares about what’s going on with you. the staff is great, it’s very clean and organized, and now during covid they offer video appointments to ensure everyone is safe. this place is professional and the staff are kind and efficient.
