(December 1, 2022, 2:04 pm)The grave site of the late Rabbi Elimelech Adelin.
He died in Tevet 1956 from the collapse of the houses in Everstraw, he was still young (in his twenties) and left his wife a pregnant widow, it is not known what happened to the daughter in the end but it is certain that they immigrated to the USA.
His grave is in the middle of the cemetery, the grave is diagonal to the other graves. -

(January 3, 2021, 3:45 pm)Today marks 115 years since that devastating mudslide from 1906. We went to pray for the victims buried there. Including the Rabbi Elimelech who came from Russia to teach them Torah and was very revered. He died while he ran into the fallen buildings to save more lives.
