(July 10, 2023, 2:57 pm)They do not provide appointments therefore, you have to wait until called. You cannot leave the waiting area to go to bathroom or to get a snack. Average wait time 2 1/2 hours. However, once inside the staff is very courteous, and you are taken care of in an efficient manner.

(July 3, 2023, 11:19 am)Wait time be too long. I was there at 7:30 to be seen for DOT physical at 8a and several people went before me. Tried to make an appointment but they say they don’t take appointments anymore I would have to walk in and wait 4 hours or come on Monday. Second person there and still over a 2 hour wait. But the staff very nice.

(April 18, 2023, 4:55 pm)My visit to this site was nothing but pleasant, but most importantly, quick. Came in and handed my paper for my drug screening/physical. Filled out what was necessary along with a follow-up up text with other information to fill out. Nothing difficult and not much was needed. There were quite a few people waiting too, but things were running pretty smoothly. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. Those whom assisted me were very kind and caring. I have no complaints. 😊
