  I had an issue with my Mercedes Benz and put a call to the shop. Tom ( father) was very receptive, accommodating and went as far as diagnosing the issue with my car. I went there the following day and the son took care of the problem.I highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality and efficient service. Bravo to Tom/Son.

  Family owned and my father and I have been going here for years. The owner Tom and his son Chris and buddy James makes you feel like family and truly know their stuff. Definitely recommend bringing your Benz here and they will take good care of you!

  I used to be a customer a few years back, but two reasons why it became difficult to make it to Elmont were; first, the pandemic was a strain on all of us, coupled with the great resignation. Lastly, their banker's hours. It's challenging to get them after work since they close shop at 4 pm Monday through Friday. This last visit was a pleasant experience. My wife's R-CLASS tailgate hood latch wasn't working. The MB dealership refused to take her car without an appointment. Thanks, Tom, who also took cars by appointment at computerized Mercedes and was booked was very helpful to her. He fixed my wife's R-CLASS within a few hours. I would gladly recommend this shop to anyone who needs repairing or maintaining their Mercedes Benz. I saw Mercedes models dating back to 1982. They are very versatile and specialized in various Mercedes Benz models.
