In my experience, all staff was very compassionate and went above and beyond for me. When you're receiving the worst news of your life, it's uplifting to know your doctor's office is always a step ahead and takes time to explain every process to you.
I had an excellent experience with this practice during my first visit to the CBCS 2nd Street Pike office, from start to finish - pleasant and professional front desk staff, comfortable waiting areas, detailed and NOT RUSHED consultation with Dr. Mazor where she gave clear explanations of things, and sensitive care by the technicians and nursing staff who carried out my procedures. In my experience it is extremely rare to receive good quality medical care AND have a good customer service experience, so I truly appreciate the fact that I got both.
I came here for a breast biopsy! The staff was very kind and polite the whole time. Dr Mazor was the best doctor!! I was nervous about the biopsy. Plus I just found out my pregnancy was not viable. She has so much compassion for her patients and takes all the time they need! She sat with me and hugged me when I cried!! I could not have asked for a better doctor! I would highly recommend anyone to see her!!!
